General Information

We ship all orders from the UK within 1-4 working days. Depending on the chosen shipping method, we will dispatch your order using:

– Standard shipping – priority trackable letter (shipping usually takes 7-14 days to Europe, 7-30 days to North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia)
– Express shipping – express trackable parcel (shipping usually takes 2-6 days to Europe, 3-9 days to North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia)

We use the services of various courier companies depending on the country of delivery.

Due to the import of goods, local taxes can be applied. The customer is responsible for import costs.

Return Policy

If you have any problem with the equipment, report it to us. The 98% of issues we solve remotely. If any part of the kit is broken, we can replace or fix it. We care about satisfy of our customers.
If you are not satisfied with the kit and our support is not able to solve your problem, you can return the kit within 30 days. To receive a full refund for the kit,  any products returned must be returned to us unused, in the same condition they were in when received by you and in the original packaging. To return the order, contact us to receive the return shipping address.

How to proceed

• Email us within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
• We will ask you about the reason for the return and send a shipping address.
• Please return your item unused and in its original condition (as it was received by you) and in its original packaging. Misuse, improper handling, negligence, accidental damage, or any modifications made by the purchaser will void the right to a refund.
• Please be aware that we’ll only process your refund once the item has been returned to our warehouse; this can take up to 2-3 days.
• We are unable to offer refunds where we are not at fault.

NB: We cannot be held responsible for damages or loss occurring during return transportation. Ensure the product is properly packed before you send it.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must arrange and pay the costs of return.
